Between 30% and 50% compared with an equivalent team hired at home, depending on role and seniority.
Will the team work my hours?
Yes. Costa Rica shares business hours with the U.S. and Canada, so your team is available for your meetings and your workday.

There are direct flights of about 5 hours from major U.S. and Canadian cities. Visiting your team — or flying them up — is easy.
How is quality controlled?
The team works in your tools and processes, and MCW handles follow-up, reporting and replacements when needed. You get the same control and quality as with a team at home.
