Alejandro Garro, founder

Before founding MCW, Alejandro Garro was part of the development teams at major companies: General Motors in Detroit, John Deere in the US and Bank of America. That’s where he learned how organizations that can’t afford to fail actually work: clear processes, solid technology and teams that deliver.

With that experience, he started his own company 18 years ago.

From development shop to 360° agency

MCW began as a development agency. Over the years, clients kept asking for more: a website, then an online store, then marketing, content, apps and internal systems. Having a different vendor for each one was more expensive, slower and harder to coordinate.

Alejandro saw that need and brought everything under one roof. That’s how MCW became a 360° agency: strategy, brand, content, performance and software in one place. It’s what our clients value most: one team accountable for all of it.
